Mølholm Private Hospital Mølholm was established in 1992. Located on the outskirts of Vejle, Mølholm Private Hospital has recently inaugurated a new and complex expansion of the hospital, which sets new standards for private hospitals in Denmark. Much has happened since the start of the hospital in 1992, and Mølholm now spans over several buildings on Brummersvej in Mølholm, Vejle, still with the patients’ best care at heart. In connection with the renovations and extentions we have taken great care to preserve the beautiful original patrician buildings.
Mølholm Private Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital with 26 medical and surgical specialities represented. We use the latest and most advanced medical technology in both diagnostic procedures and treatments. Since its establishment, Mølholm Private Hospital has experienced constant growth, and we are now among the largest private hospitals in Denmark. We carry out approximately 35.000 examinations, 4.200 operations in full anaesthesia and 2500 operations in local anasthesia on an annual basis.
The hospital has a permanent staff of approximately 70 employees, and in addition to this, we have 75 medical specialists and 50 hourly-paid nurses.
We have 30 beds at our disposal for admitted patients, as well as 5 beds in our same-day surgical ward. The hospital has five operating rooms, and 15 examination rooms. Mølholm Private Hospital has clinic facilities in Århus as well, where we offer classical dermatology, laser treatment and cosmetic skin treatments.
