Hand Surgery Clinic

As a patient at the Hand Surgery Clinic, Private Hospital Molholm, you will be followed by the same Hand Surgeon throughout the entire treatment.
Peter Jørgsholm and his other colleagues are all Orthopaedic Surgeons, specifically trained in hand surgery and working only within this speciality.

Modern Hand Surgery employs surgical methods with minimal incisions: endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery and needle aponeurotomy. Thanks to these minimal invasice technique, we can offer several surgeries at one time and sometimes both hands simultaneously.

Peter Jørgsholm, PhD, Hand Surgeon and owner of the Hand Surgery Clinic, has pioneered the development of minimally-invasive surgery. He is trained at the leading Scandinavian Hand Surgery centre in Malmo. With more than 10 years' experience from Malmo combined with working a year at a world-leading Hand and Wrist Surgery Centre in Sydney, Peter Jørgsholm offers expert Hand Surgery. His specific interest and expertise in Endoscopic Surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Wrist Fractures and Scaphoid Fractures has led to a doctoral thesis on the latter.

All other Molholm Hand Surgeons are trained in these new surgical techniques.
